Yarn Dyeing Technology

Yarn dyeing at our plant is carried out on Dilmenler (Türkiye) equipment and follows this sequence of steps:

– the yarn is prepared for dyeing by first winding it onto a hollow tube covered with a special mesh;

– the recipe required for that particular yarn is set. The yarn is then wound so that the dye can reach the whole area of the package;

– the wound package is placed on a special carrier made of perforated spindles and lowered into the dyeing vessels.

A fully automated process controls the preparation and feed of the dyes to the vessels, as well as temperature and timing. Our dyeing technology delivers yarn of the highest quality, matched precisely to the customer's colour; keeping the colour recipe on file then guarantees that shades are comparable from order to order.
