Cotton

Our company runs a complete cluster for making textile products. It matters to us to keep the whole production path under our own control, from sowing the cotton seed through to inspecting the finished item.

Asaka Textile has large sown fields for growing quality cotton fibre. The cycle continues with the harvest, brought in by specialised picking machinery. The next stage cleans the cotton boll of seed, dust and other foreign matter. The longest fibres are then selected from the prepared raw material and go on to become yarn. During spinning the fibre is given special treatment: sizing, bleaching, cleaning and dyeing.

Our company owns production facilities with the latest machinery, turning out no less than four tonnes of carded and combed yarn every day, from which a broad range of cotton knitted fabrics is made.
