To guarantee high quality and to make sound products that meet the customer's requirements, Asaka Textile applies generally accepted, internationally recognised test methods in its own laboratory at every stage of production.

Our laboratory and test equipment allows us to carry out:

Physical tests, which include tensile strength, elastic recovery, zip testing, fabric stiffness, button strength and so on.

Colour-fastness tests, covering washing, washing with bleach, dry cleaning, resistance to solvents and more.

Flammability tests, among them checking the burning behaviour of fabrics and testing the thermal protection and fire resistance of products.

And the most important of all: chemical and ecological tests. These let us check products for banned azo dyes, carcinogenic dyes, pesticides, polyester content and so on.

It is worth noting that every test we carry out is reliable and of high quality. This laboratory work is done strictly in accordance with established international standards.
