Fabric Dyeing Technology

Fabric Dyeing Technology

Fabric dyeing, like yarn dyeing, is an automated process. It is made up of several demanding stages:

– the composition of the dyes is determined in advance;

– the recipe is sent to the dye preparation area;

– from there it is transferred to the dyeing machines through dedicated transit systems;

– the fabric is turned and straightened immediately before dyeing;

– once dyeing is finished, the fabric is washed and dried.

Our factory uses a heat-setting technology that keeps the fabric from losing its bulk and its dimensions.

Asaka Textile works with a rich palette of colours, which means we can offer customers any shade they want for dyeing fabric. We can also dye to samples from leading foreign manufacturers or to the customer's own specification.
